We only charge on successful placements and do not charge up-front retaining fees. Permanent Recruitment fees are calculated on a percentage of the negotiated annual remuneration.

Agency Contract Recruitment

In Contract Recruitment, IT Solutions Ltd contracts with the Client to provide the services of a specific specialist for a set period of time - normally three, six, nine or twelve months. IT Solutions Ltd assumes all payroll responsibility and invoices on a monthly basis.
